when they are geared, they try out your DZ, which I assume would be more fun for you, as your DZ gets more populated with People who are not familiar to the mechanics and who will serve as Agents to be shot and maybe to actually fight against.Īnd now to your Version of the DZ. So now, the DZ is the same as now (and I assume you enjoy it as it is now), and the ones who don't like it, don't complain in the Forums anymore, because they have their 'cuddly' space. it takes them 20 times longer to gear and Progress than in the DZ, but they like it. all the People who do not want the rogue Action are not in the dark Zone (as it is now), and now all those get a map area (located exactly on the DZ now) where they can hang out and 'cuddle'. go play one of the challenging missions if you want predictable boss spawns with no agents who can kill you. I dont see why everyone wants a "nice" dark zone. i dont even go rogue often but without other agents there is no danger and no variety. ive been in dead servers without any other agents and its a complete snooze. If there wasnt PVP then it wouldn't say caution when you enter. Is this what you envisioned when you created the game? If you do not fix it's current implementation, you are going to end up with a playerbase that consists 100% of awful people. Which is basically what your are promoting with the DZ. There doesn't exist a single nice happy person in the world, that enjoys trolling other people. Players with PVP disabled should get a green target when you aim at them, just like the good guys get during main and side missions. Enabling this option should only be possible from the main menu or a safe house. You need to add an option to settings, to disable PVP. I'm sure the whole idea of it was great at some point, but what you ended up with is an area where you are rewarding players that shoot others in the back.Įven with a penalty on this behavior, you alienate every single last nice person playing your game. This means that all nice players will be quitting the game, if they haven't already. I have only been in the DZ in it's latest iteration, so I can't comment on how it was at launch.īut it's current implementation is the biggest problem of the game, because it rewards not-nice players and punishes the nice ones. The other thing to do when you've finished the main and side missions, is the Dark Zone. What is the game doing? Sometimes it just won't load at all, and I have to close the game and reload it totally. Maybe adding a voting system would alleviate the issue somewhat, then there are at least 2 other group members that can have a say.Īnd what is up with the loading screen hanging at 0% for a minute. You should kick people for inactivity or not pulling their weight, not before the mission has even started for no obvious reason. Not that I really want to play with people who kick someone out of a hard mission for having a gear score of 171, but it has reached the point of trolling to me. At which point it starts loading again to get you back to a safe house. Often to be greeted by "You have been kicked from the group". When matchmaking, you get automatically teleported either to the mission start or to the group leader (not sure why this one). Is it an issue with your instancing server?īut it is a combination of things. I've lost count how many times I had to quit group and re-matchmake to try again for the mission to start.Īt one point, I had been staring at the loading screen for a whole hour, and only actually played for 10 minutes (1 hard mission). Then the mission not starting issues popped up. The first hard mission, I fell through the floor. While it added daily missions (which are fun, if they work) and other new challenges, it also introduced way more bugs then I had seen before while playing. One has gear score 171 and the other 165. I have taken my time, and they are only 30 for a few weeks. I have played 1 character solo to 30, and another coop with my nephew, also to 30. I bought your game on release, and have been enjoying it a lot.
